I purchased a “Nashville tuning” string set and the .009 string broke when I tuned it to pitch. I contacted Kiki Choklett
At Stringjoy to tell her and as always she immediately moved to make sure I was taken care of! She’s a peach and a real asset to your company! I shortly received TWO replacement strings one .009 and .0095!
She followed up to make sure I got them!
I have been really very pleased with all the strings I’ve purchased from Stringjoy and the customer service is outta this world excellent. Thank you and I wouldn’t buy my strings from anyone else!
