CSF-3XL Cat or Small Animal Feeder with Stand, Bowl, Hopper and ACAT-23 Analog Timer
Use it for our medium sized-dog. Works well for 3/4 cup kibble twice a day. Love that I can automate it with my own automation stuff.

This feeder works very consistently. I had purchased a different type of feeder that used a conveyor belt to transport kibbles and it had a seam on the belt where kibbles would inevitably get stuck and the motor would burn up. This is a great design and well made. Love my simple analog timer. We built a stand abd enclosed the feeder in a cabinet. We copied ideas from posts on the website. So far, raccoons and possums are not able to get to the feeder to damage. It has only been a couple of weeks, but great so far!

Thank you very much for your review. Please keep in mind that a second hopper could be stacked on the existing one to give you about 44 cups of capacity by volume. Although this adds another 14 inches more to overall height, many customers have done that.

So far it is awesome. We do a lot of traveling and needed something to feed our three outdoor cats while we are away. We had tried a few other products, but they did not stand up to the weather and such. This one seems like it is doing a great job.

Thank you for your nice review. I know you may still be a bit sceptical about "another" pet feeder, but be assured that this Super Feeder has been around for a very long time, quality made in USA and not disposable if anything were to go wrong. We are here to help 24-7. Happy new year and super feeding!

Well built product! Works consistently and accurately. I don’t feel like the app for the TPlink timer is spying on me like the ones for my other programmable cat feeders.

TS-08/24-Hour Programmable Time Switch--6-24 VDC or AC.
Finding 12VDC programable 'analog-mechanical' timers is difficult, especially for small cased units. Very happy to have found this item available with you folks. This is the second I've purchased from you, which definitely indicates I'm very happy with these purchases.

I spent quite a while researching feeders for my cat. The price point was higher than other products online but I am confident it is worth it. The feeder itself is sturdy, prevents my cat from stealing food from the hopper, and didn’t frighten my cat when dispensing which I was afraid. Setup was easy when following the video and instructions. I look forward to supporting a small American business for years to come with this product.

Thank you very much for the nice review. Don't worry, your cat will love the sound of the feeder going off and will go for it from anywhere in the house. The only problem may be your pet falling in love with it too much. As for the price, yes it is higher than most, but thousands of customers still have their feeder operating after decades of use with all parts readily available.
Happy super feeding!

Thank you so much for your great review. Yes, as the designer and seller of that product back in the early and other super feeders back in the early 90's, I wanted to make sure it was the very best with no cheap stuff in its production and above all be serviceable.

Perfectly reliable. While it is not as simple to set up as some other automated feeders, you're dealing with a product that doesn't pretend one button can solve every issue perfectly. This product solves every problem you could want an automated feeder for perfectly.

Happy to have something I can use for home automation without the use of proprietary software and doesn’t require giving all my WiFi login information to god knows what company in China. I put a $15 raspberry pi zero and relay module on the back of mine and now it feeds my cats and sends me a text message confirmation twice a day. All with open source software.
Furthermore the design uses a ton of screws to assemble which work as great attachment points for 3d printed add ons. All in all it’s a nice product for DIY/makers who want an automation solution that’s more reliable than something totally from scratch but still flexible enough to allow for extensive customization.

Thank you very much for such a great review. You are spot-on about customization. I took that in mind when I totally designed this feeder inside out in the early nineties. It has great versatility for many applications even other than pet feeding. It’s refreshing to hear from someone like you with such knowledgeable appreciation.

I have used a Super-Feeder for over 10 years for my indoor cat. It never failed as long as I cleaned it once a year or so. I went on vacations over those years with no worries. The cat had no worries either. I recommend it for everyone with a pet. Ultra dependable.

This is an incredible company making solid, well performing products. I love my Super-Feeder for my two kitties! I’ve had it almost 9 years now & it’s never had mechanical problems. I’ve only had to replace the clear extension tube twice; no biggie! Highly recommended & I have already told all my friends and a few strangers! Keep up the great work and thank you!!
