Thank you for your feedback/review. Yes, the super feeder can be used to feed many different pets or other applications. It definitely is a multipurpose feeder for indoor or outdoor use. Super Feeder Floor Complete with Electronics and Gear Drive
My Super Feeder for my cats has been running 24/7/365 for the last eight years. When the motor finally died, I was relieved to be able to reorder just the electronic and gear drive floor assembly. It was back up and running in just two days. This feeder is a great design and a reliable product. I plan to buy another complete Super Feeder for my aquaponic system this summer.

Super Feeder Housing Complete (standard early model)
I bought a Super Feeder for my cat in 2013 and it has never missed a step. Only because of my kitty standing on the feeder attempting to get a free meal did I have to replace the cracked housing. To my surprise, you still sold the exact same housing and one that could still use my existing motor and electronics.

We have an older cat who started vomited when she was fed. We had her on measured amounts of food twice a day. We changed it to 4 times per day and the problem disappeared, however it was a bit difficult to get the food to her on this schedule. We purchased the feeder and set the amount and timing of the feeds. We had some difficulty with the digital timer, but once we read ALL of the directions that was solved. It has been working great for our Maggie.
