This is the second feeder I have purchase over the last 15 years. The first feeder is still going strong despite being outside all year round. I purchased the second one for my large (300 gal) indoor tank. Always had to ask someone to feed the fish while I went on vacation. Just returned from a 3-1/2 week vacation and the feeder worked perfectly.

I did way too much research on cat feeders, wanting something as close to Buy For Life that I could find. This checking the boxes and is made extremely well and works great. I could not be happier and I will be a customer for life.

Great customer support, feeder does what it’s supposed to. Had it up about a week now.

I have had one for a very long time (maybe 10years). I researched for hours to find it. I like that if the power goes out the cat is fed when the power comes back. Having a dependable feeder ears my stress of “I have to go home to feed the cat.” When I got a 2nd cat, I had to get a 2nd feeder. I was so pleased to find they had added a cat feeder stand and we didn't have to build something. There are great!

My simple PetSafe 6-portion cat feeder stopped working, and the company no longer makes them. This left me in a lurch. I have no interest in a digital pet feeder, nor having to use my cell phone to program and operate. I was looking for a simple replacement that just lets the food out on a regular basis and is reliable. I found it with this Super-Feeder. And in fact, it is a significant improvement over the PetSafe feeder, because you can set as many feeding intervals as you want throughout the day, and it repeats every day. I no longer have to remember to refill the portions every two days.

The feeder is well made, relatively straightforward (and fun) to put together, and the innstructions and video are super helpful. So far, I am thrilled with this feeder and have been advertising to my other cat loving friends.

Great product simple and rugged and rebuildable!

I just want to take a moment to tell you how much I love my Super-Feeder automatic cat feeder.

This has honestly been a life-changing purchase for both me and my cat. My cat was extremely food insecure and followed me constantly, begging for food. She seemed to be worried that if she wasn't right there with me, she might miss a meal. It was exhausting for both of us.

She learned her new feeding schedule surprisingly quickly. And something happened that I never expected: after a while, she stopped running to the feeder the moment it went off. She learned that the food was hers, that it would be there when it was supposed to be, and that no other animal was going to take it away. That change in her behavior was remarkable. She became much more relaxed about food and stopped constantly following me around begging.

For me, the biggest miracle was being able to sleep past 5:00 in the morning! Her morning meal is delivered by Super-Feed, so I no longer have to get up early to feed her. That alone has made such a difference in my life.

The feeder was also incredibly easy to set up, and it was very easy to determine the correct meal size. I was pleasantly surprised by how simple and reliable the whole system is.

I seriously love this thing. It has made my life easier, helped my cat feel more secure, and given both of us a much better routine.

Thank you for making such a wonderfully designed product. I couldn't be happier with my Super-Feeder!

I purchased three Auto feeders to be able to set up Auto feeding for my 550 gallon fish tank. Using flakes in one and the 1.2 mm pellets in the other two as one of them carries formula one and the other carries formula 2. The time setting dial is a bit trickey to get dialed in if you are doing a very short 2 second feed. Otherwise working great so far.

Totally worth the investment! I am pleased to see that the outdoor kitty fared well while I was out of town. Racoon proofing the food by installing the feeder in a galvanized can was the ticket. If you want to use the hopper, I would recommend a 30 Gal can rather than the 20 Gal. I appreciated seeing how others did their installations and did something very similar.

Product arrived sooner than expected and was priced reasonably.

Extremely satisfied. It takes the worry of my cats being fed when I travel.

and did it's job holding the pieces together. thank you.

I came across this feeder looking for one that I could control remotely and also have it be reliable. Previous feeders from other brands were finicky with poor tech support, and their feeding options were not 100% customizable. With Super Feeder, their design is simple yet efficient. I am also able to set the feedings to dispense the exact amount I want. I have already bought three of them and replaced my previous feeders. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a long-lasting, high quality product.

This is my fourth over 15 or more years. I have them in two locations, but occasionally a bear destroys one. They’re quite dependable.

Easy to install. We built a cabinet for it to be enclosed in, and it has been great to keep out critters and make sure the outside cats are fed regularly.

so nice to be able to replace a new part without buying the whole machine.we have our machine for decade or longer , works great

I feed stray cats and whatever else invites themselves to eat, but did not want to put a large amount all at once. Some are pigs and will leave nothing for others or late comers.

This feeder has solved the problem for me. Super easy to put together (they have a video on Youtbue) watch it and it will be a walk in the park. It is well made and just large enough not to be too large.
I also purchased the digital timer and must say that it is the easiest thing I have ever had to program, easy to change and modify with 20 individual feeding periods per day.
It also has manual overrides (under the program) to let you test your settings and how much is getting discharged.
It is also half the price of the competition with available parts if you need them.

Love mine.

Ive been using the SKYLINK Motion Sensor, ID-318 and Plug-In ON/OFF Control (Indoor/Outdoor), PA-318 to control the feeding cycle. The motion detector senses the cats presence turns on power via the plug-in and the super feeder drops the set amount of food. ONCE activated the system is set to reset for 15 minutes and he has to present himself again after 15 minutes to get more food. So there is no dropping of excess food he doesnt eat.

We have found the Holy Grail! Our 9 year old cat has been eating too fast and throwing up since he was a kitten. We have literally spent hundreds of dollars at the vet’s and there is no medical reason for his vomiting. He has been on exorbitantly expensive restricted protein diets to no avail. If he has open access to food, he will eat until he vomits. We tried several other automatic feeders, but even with using one with a 2 tsp portion drop set for multiple times a day and dropping into a slow feeder bowl, he still would scarf it down and then promptly vomit. With this one, we set it so that he only gets about 5 kibbles at a time, spaced out through the day using the Kasa Smart Plug Ultra Mini (yes, that’s a LOT of feedings) but no more vomiting! It took some adjusting to get it right, but once we had it set, it’s been a life saver! Thank you, Super-Feeder!

The part came quickly and fit perfectly.
