In this era of planned obsolescence, it is nice to be able to find the replacement part you need to extend the many years of service of a great appliance.

We've now purchased two feeders from Super Feed Enterprises. They work 100% of the time, as advertised, and any questions or support we need are promptly provided! We will definitely recommend to friends and family, and will definitely buy from them again.

The best part of the Super Feeders is that they're simple to work with and configure / modify to your needs. The feeders are a simple, no-frills solution which allows you to integrate your own timers and/or automation systems easily and reliably.
We attached ours to some Shelly WiFi Relay modules, programmed the internal timers on the relays (so feeding isn't delayed if the network goes down), and integrated them and video streams from our existing cat-cams into a convenient Home Assistant dashboard that allows us to see when our cats have last been fed, modify feeding schedules, and trigger additional feedings (this, I'm told, is the best feature of the system, according to our cats); all without having to get out of bed in the morning, from anywhere in the world that we have internet access.
And there's no 'cloud' subscriptions or infrastructure that isn't in our house to deal with; if it doesn't work, the problem is mine (because the Super Feeder is working-- it's always working).

The sizable food hoppers we purchased with the feeders also mean that we can be gone for some time and our cats get fed just the same as if we were home-- great if you travel for work and don't have a dedicated cat-sitter!

The feeder calibration was cinch. I had no trouble with the digital timer, although I prefer the analog type. I designed the feeding station much like the one that used a drain spout, but used a 3-inch stove pipe and fittings instead. As soon as I can figure out how to send a photo of the feeder, I will. However, the one thing I can't control is my outdoor cat. It doesn't eat on schedule while I'm away, so the other critters enjoy his meals. Fortunatley my neighbor stepped in and helped with meal times. The feeder worked flawlessly, and the raccoons, opossums, and other cats thank you.

I have been a customer for almost 20 years, and I can tell you from experience that their products hold up, and their customer service is amazing. I will keep using their products as long as I have pets - because they last, as does the performance. I'M A BIG FAN ;-)

I bought this feeder with an extra bin and now the cat will never go hungry. The simple but effective system was easy to install and will likely last for years. I built my own sealed cabinet for it to keep the bugs and critters out. Turned out to be fun project.

I've had my original Superfeeder for 15 years and it's still going strong! My cat pass and this time I went with 2 kittens so I needed another feeder. The new feeder works just as well as my original. Highly recommend!

After years of excellent and reliable operation, our feeder began to act erratically; going off sometimes and failing to go off other times. We tried cleaning, resetting, replacing the timer - nothing helped. So we bought a new feeder. But that one did the same thing, to our frustration. After much testing, we replaced the extension cord - it’s been perfect ever since.

So, this feeder is really good! And if an issue shows up, check the peripherals. Tough lesson, took a while to learn it, but now we have an accidental back-up.

Unfortunately my cat is both greedy and very clever, so I'll need to rig up yet another solution. She is still able to hook her arm in an angle under the extended cover - she's petite and flexible, and VERY food motivated. She doesn't give up, and she's even able to move the roller somehow to dispense more pieces. It keeps reinforcing her that it's possible, so even this extended cover doesn't deter her.
I bet this would work for most cats who aren't interested in spending hours for the right angle and an extra kibble! Just needs to be a good enough deterrent. Solid construction like the other covers and secure otherwise - worth a try!

Overall, fairly easy to assemble and operate. It's a bit of a pain to make sure the opening is the right size and the feeder runs for the appropriate amount of time, but that seems par for the course for this kind of device.

Refilling the feeders is so easy, and they stay secure. You can buy accessories to thwart greedy and clever cats that find their way inside the dispensing hole - the covers help prevent attempts, and there are even longer ones available for those extra sneaky cats. The regular schedule also helps them with food security since they know when to expect meals every day.
Assembly is easy if you follow the instructions exactly. They are very clear and thorough (not a single detail missed) - just take your time, and all will be well.
I love how many feedings you can program with a timer, and I have multiple feeders on an extension to single timer - each cat gets their own station and doesn't feel bothered by others, but they all get their meal at the same time. This has solved the hectic meal times for a simpler experience for us all.
Customer service is AMAZING - you can ask any questions and advice on how to get the best out of your feeder. Truly a company with integrity and genuinely making quality products built to last.

We have ours set up with a Shelly WiFi relay as the timer; it handles the 4 feeding times each day via it's built-in schedule timer, and the Super Feeder "just works" when triggered.

The product is exactly as described, nothing more and nothing less, which is what I honestly feel is the best feature-- no smarts or APIs or network connection is required inherently; you have to add as much or as little to it as you want for your use case, and just rely on the great build quality of the mechanism to do its job when asked.

Would recommend this feeder to anyone who needs something that is easy to integrate into any control system.

We bought the Super Feeder for our cat in 2014 because he struggled with food anxiety. This absolutely solved his concern about an empty food bowl with the ability to have his dry food dispensed at set times during the day for the correct quantity of food. No more nipping on my lower leg to let me know his bowl was empty. 😂 Our sweet guy died this year (Nov 2025). His SuperFeeder is still working great. We are passing it on to our daughter and her family for their new kitty. My hubby decided to replace the chute/dispenser part so the Feeder is in like-new condition. Now the newest family fur-guy can continue enjoying this fantastic product. This company has designed a high quality product, provides replacement parts (instead of making you buy a completely new product) and their customer service is beyond excellent!

New parts worked well. Still trying to figure out why it dumps all the food once in a while. Feeder gap is not too wide. Suspect timer issue.

I had tried several solutions for automating outdoor feeding for my garden cats. Superfeeder is way better than anything I could DIY. Additionally the outdoor kit still allowed me to DIY a stand with simple 2x4s.

If I ever try to integrate a feeder with a Microcontroller and the Cloud, I’ll definitely start with Superfeeder as the foundation.

Amazing product. Exceeded my expectations. Very easy to put together , adjust the feed size and hookup the WIFI. I am using mine to feed the back yard critters. Mainly wild rabbits. I set it up inside a plastic 55 gallon drum with a bung lid that seals and locks. camera mounted outside facing the dropzone. Work perfectly when I was on vacation. I plan on buying another on with solar power.

I found the timer would skip cycles occasionally. It was not the timer. Had to replace the bottom with the gears in the electronics. Easy process. Just removing a few screws and it's back to 100%

Switching power supply worked to resolve my issue.
