I built an outdoor enclosure for my superfeeder and use it to feed local stray cats. It works very well and super easy to get set up.

I had a super feeder for close to 10 years without any problems. I unplugged it for about a year, after one of our cats passed away and the other one was hand fed due to old age. After the second cat passed away, we got a new cat. I tried to put the feeder back in service but had a problem. The people at Super Feeder were very helpful and advised me to try the least expensive fix, which worked out fine. The feeder is now back in service and working as it should. Thanks, from a happy customer.

Easy to set up and operate and works perfectly every day!

Extremely happy with the DT-06 as it is the exact replacement for the 10 year old timer that had finally failed

Thank you for stocking high quality components and systems

Hi Super Feeder, I purchased my second fish feeder directly from your site.

My first one was purchased from Amazon a few years ago. The first one has the old fashioned timer which must plug directly into the wall. It takes up a lot of space. But the feeder is extremely reliable and dependable! It’s easy to use and install. The directions were graphic and very well detailed! I love how it came with a pamphlet which addressed everything I could possibly imagine. Having the pamphlet made me feel confident about my purchase. I gave an unsolicited review and comparison on TikTok, because after using this feeder I recommended it. Everyone wanted to know how I feed my fish.

I wanted to purchase more storage for the food. But was not available on Amazon and I could not find it on your site. I most recently revisited your site to purchase a second feeder for my big show tank, because it is no longer sold on Amazon. I was still unable to find the additional storage on your site. But I found the feeder has a new plug. The new plug has remote control ability via my phone. I like that the new plug can connect to my power strip and not take up too much space.

I love a lot of things about the new super feeder, like being able to connect to my feeder from anywhere despite traveling. I love being able to see if my fish were feed because the app shows daily run times. The app is free which is the best part about using it, and it shows the next run time coming up. I also love that the app allows my camera to connect with it so I can verify the accuracy of the feed time. I can also feed remotely using the app. I’m able to track everything! I have discus fish. I would rather have this feeder and a camera. Instead of trusting others who may not understand my fish needs. I love being able to plug the feeder into a continuous power supply (UPS) unlike the first feeder. I just love not having to stress over the details or guess if things will be okay.

In my reviews I share my experiences because people ask, and they often think it’s a lot of hassle to keep a nice aquarium. I had no idea how much effort other people put into the aquarium hobby. I have never had that kind of time to spend with my aquariums in 20+ years of having them. The super feeder is the most expensive thing I have on my aquarium. LOL But it was no hassle and no stress! I have only had the new feeder for a few weeks now. I’m still trying to trust its automatic feeding ability. I’m still testing every aspect of use before sharing with my viewers. I don’t think people trust when others rush to share reviews too early in their experience. But this is one product I cannot wait to give an update on. Hopefully, I will find the additional storage before my review. I always give updates because good companies deserve to go viral! It was time consuming to find super feeder.

Maybe some social media content would remedy that finders issue. I will try to tag you in my old review of the first feeder, if you have tagging ability. I like to share because people should know it’s an easy hobby and no real need to keep up a lot of effort to get awesome results. My TikTok is Adroit Living and it’s majority aquarium videos without voice, unless I do a review viewers request. My other channels have enough chat content, so greater details can be shared. The first feeder got 5 stars because I tested it longer to verify trustworthiness, durability, and reliability. It worked better than majority feeder’s manufactured! It feeds any dry food you want without worrying! I’m really excited about this new feeder though. The plug is the only thing different. But the plug offers things which make the high cost ($150) of the feeder worth it due to extending its capabilities without additional monthly costs. Having step by step video instructions of the new capabilities would really help. I am really enjoying both my super feeders. Thank you for thinking of this and selling it!❤️

Works perfectly well when plugged directly into the wall outlet. However when using a timer only the blue power light would come on and not the green motor light. Would run if pressed the reset button however. Tried two different timers with the same results. Finally decided not to plug the feeder into the timer but into a small extension cord then attached the cord to the timer. After two absolutely frustrating days and for whatever reason that did the trick. I hope this works because we have stray cats (all fixed) that will depend on this feeder while we're on vacation 🤞.

I am so glad I found this feeder through extensive online research. I originally bought another smart feeder that wasn’t made well and was reliant on an app that wasn’t updated well. This feeder works great and was super easy to assemble. The only complaint I would make is some of the screws were too small to “bite” into the plastic food containing housings and immediately pull out. I guess I will source my own slightly longer screws, which is slightly frustrating. Alternatively, countersinking metal threads into the plastic and providing slightly longer screws would be better.

Perfect replacement, fit correctly and was easy to instal. Thank You

Well built this our second one and the first one lasted for 10 years. Easy to put together very dependable.

I got this feeder for my outside cat while we are out of town. The feeder works great, watching the how-to video was very helpful. I love that it's family owned and made in the USA

I love this company. Their auto feeder is superior to other products I've tried and well worth the money. You can add parts or replace parts - even years after the initial purchase. I bought this additional timer because I decided to move 1 of my feeders to different room and dispense at different times. YouTube has all sorts of directional videos about their products and if you need to speak with a person they are always polite and knowledable.

Very helpful.

Came in on time, customer friendly company and works as it should!!!

The reason I bought this timer is because it can be set to go on and off in seconds and that’s what I needed. Excellent bye thank you

I would give this product definitely a five star review if it wasn’t for just one minor issue. The volume adjustment screw is so small. I don’t think it could be possibly be any smaller.. it’s super difficult to readjust unless you have real bright light and a really steady hand. This is the second feeder I bought. They both real well.. I really like the extra large container. It is a must in my opinion..

Been using the Super Feeder for about ten years. We love the feeder, don’t love the timer. It can be a little tricky, but can be programmed even by a Luddite like me!

My issue was identified over the phone. My power source was the problem. My Super Feeder works perfectly once again.

Plugged the Super Feeder in and it worked. I have it installed 100 yards away on my boat dock.

I've struggled with a timers from the big-box stores, and wasted literally hours (and considerable stress) trying to program them. In contrast, this Super-Feeder timer is a dream come true. It's super easy to set. It took maybe five minutes to program. Now, it goes off twice a day, on schedule. Would definitely buy again.

Have two feeders with several years use. Excellent product. Other brands failed in about a year. Good customer service.
