This is a replacement for the original that came with the Super-Feeder I got 6 years ago. The feeder itself is still going strong! The just needed to be replaced, the original worked great and was easy to use, so there was no way I wouldn't buy another.

This is my third one in 15 years. It does every thing they say it will. I’m guessing a 7 1/2 year life span is reasonable, since I have no basis for comparison.
I like it because it is hooked to smart home controller; it feeds automatically when I am away from home, and I can show off when we have company in the backyard. I call the fish, and press the button on the phone and the food drops.

I really love my super feeders, I bought 3, 1 for each cat! They are especially convenient for when I’m out of town. I also love how reliable they are- one of them I’ve had for ~3 years and not once had a problem. They are very well made and it’s clear the company cares about the functionality and durability of their product. I don’t think you can buy a better automatic feeder.

We used this to replace the timer on a cat feeder. It works great. It is nearly the same as the one that came with the feeder. It was the only one I could find that timed seconds. On the cat feeder, we have programed it to run 4 times a day,(every six hours) for 20 seconds. that dispenses the right amount of food for our cat.
