Quick delivery. Slight stuffiness as with all these products but worked within 15 minutes. and that was just half a capsule. I took it at work and had to go home at lunchtime to sort the problem out much to my wifes surprise. Didn't get back to work that afternoon..... I suspect with a full tablet you would be at it for days.

Bought 5HTP as did not want to resort to medication. Within 4 days I am feeling a lot happier. I slept like a log on the first night but not particularly well since then lots of dreams - which is fab as I have not dreamt for a long time ;-) I am also going through the menopause and have already noticed a huge positive shift in mood .. Well to start of with I had a very poor customer service response via email of a member of staff named Colin which really did not impress me but after that initial response I dealt with another member of staff who did everything They could and gave me exactly as I wanted! Which this time was a refund but because of the second member of staffs customer service towards me I would definitely recommend supplement place and would definitely shop here again!
