Hi Julian, the bluetooth range on the Cameo is not great. If you have the cutter near your computer and it still is not working please send us an email to Support@swingdesign.com We have spare Bluetooth USBs and can send you one at no charge.

Testing Review
The ink is streaking so bad. I am having to continuously do head cleanings to make it print correctly- it’s done this since I got it/ installed it. With how expensive this ink is you would think the quality would be better, I assume I got a bad batch
