xTool P2S 55W CO2 Laser Cutter & Engraver Riser & Rotary Bundle
Swing Design is one of the best experiences I've had by an online retailer by far, facilitated by Shawn M. I bought a p2s laser engraver for a nameplate project needed at work, and we had zero experience with engravers. I sent our nameplate samples to Swing Design to see if they could replicate them from the p2s. The samples they created for us were better than what we sent them. They also shared the xtool print file that they created exactly for our samples. We received the p2s and after setting up the engraver, we were printing our nameplates within minutes. We have no experience in this field and now we are printing nameplates that were better than before. This is all due to Swing Design and Shawn M. What they did for us really goes a long way. Thank you!! -Derrick M

Brother NQ1700E Embroidery Machine with Magnetic Hoop Bundle
This company goes above and beyond with their customer service. I asked many novice questions and the representative was so kind and professional. The machine cost seem to be standardized by the manufacturer but the perks of their amazing bundles, rapid shipping and having actual humans answer the phone is unmatched anywhere else I looked! Everything is great!

REFURBISHED Brother SE2000 Embroidery & Sewing Machine w/ 5" x 7" Hoop & Accessories
Got my refurbished SE2000 this week and I am over the moon happy with it. It arrived two days after I ordered and I didn’t even pay for rush shipping. The machine is immaculate. It feels 100% brand new and only had around 24k stitch count. I am putting it through its paces now but everything is working beautifully. I’d been looking for a good refurbished 2000 for months and I know I got an incredible deal from Swing Design. So glad I waited!

xTool WonderPress Crossline Laser Positioning Pen
I would not recommend this laser light. The laser lines are very thin and very weak making very difficult to use. I have other laser cross hair lights that I have purchased from another site that work very well they were more expensive and have to be connected to a power source but work very well. the cross hairs are thick, bright and very sharp, exactly what I need to use as guides for pressing DTF prints. the reason I bought these laser lights by XTool was because they are battery operated which would make it easier to use but I guess the fact that they are battery operated that is provably they are so weak. I would not recommend you spending your money on it. Instead buy the ones on the other site even though they are twice the amount as these but well worth it.

xTool WonderPress Horizontal Line Laser Positioning Pen
I recently purchased two of these lights because they are battery operated which would make it a lot easier to move around. however I would recommend them, the laser light is way weak in other words too thin, not sharp enough. I have other lights that I have purchased from Amazon that are connected directly to connected to an outlet and they are very sharp and clear with a well defined laser light.

So far, I find it to be quite clunky and difficult to get in and out of the alignment holes. Hopefully that will loosen up with time.

Bambu Lab H2C Dual Head 3D Printer with Vortek Full Expansion Kit
I have been working with bed slinger 3D Printers for many years, but I needed something with tighter tolerance capabilities. After a lot of research I finally decided to get the Bambo lab H2C, and what a difference it had been. I would highly recommend buying the Bambo Lab H2C, from beginners to print farms, this is an amazing machine.

xTool DTF Apparel Printer PLUS Business Bundle with WonderPress
I was surprised that everything except for the part that needed to ship via freight arrived so quickly. The only problem I had was that I was directed to download an older version (1.3.6) of the xTool Studio software by Swing Design. That older version no longer works to connect devices to the printer. Once I downloaded the current version (1.9.1) from xTool, it worked fine.
