Procolored P13 Direct to Film (DTF) XP600 Roll Printer Bundle - 13in
I bought my ProColored P13 in September of last year, so it’s been almost a year. In that time, I’ve only printed around 500 prints, and I’m already having issues with the printer.
I do want to say that the customer service has been great and they have been helpful, but unfortunately, I can’t say the same about the printer itself. I honestly expected it to last longer, especially since I don’t use it heavily.
It’s frustrating to have these kinds of issues after using it so little, especially when some of the replacement parts are very expensive.
I just wanted to share my experience so anyone thinking about buying this printer can do their research and consider everything before spending that much money. Even if you don’t use it very often, that doesn’t necessarily mean you won’t run into problems.

xTool WonderPress 15" x 15" Auto Heat Press with Switchable Creativity
The customer service is outstanding with Swing Design. They do anything and everything they can to help to the best of their ability and your satisfaction. I'm very impressed with this press. I not only got the press but the dual station setup and the 3d vacuum module as well. Everything was well packaged. Easy to set up using my phone. Easy to change out the modules as well. The only negative thing I have to say is that xTool doesn't have the Design Studio on pc compatiable yet with the press. It is my understanding (from speaking with techincal support) that they are actively working on fixing that.

Bambu Lab X2D 3D Printer with Filament Rolls, Tool Kit, AMS 2 PRO System
Ordered the X2D, and expected to be shipped in 2-3 weeks because the printer was on back order. It was shipped within the next week! I was very excited to receive my printer way before I was expecting it. I also sent them an email after the purchase to which to replied to. So that is an extra bonus point! It’s seems so hard to get in contact with businesses nowadays. Thank you Swing design.

REFURBISHED Brother SE2000 Embroidery & Sewing Machine w/ 5" x 7" Hoop & Accessories
Prompt shipping, great price... if this machine was "refurbished," the refurbishment was certainly well-concealed. Everything looks brand new to me - and it sews and embroiders as if it were brand new. I'm a happy customer!
