I received my M1 Ultra back in early April and so far I am not pleased with product or the customer service from Swing Design. I was so excited when I ordered this machine because I was looking forward to starting a crafting business with my daughter. So far I haven't even broken even. The first issue I had, still have, is the ink cartridge was dried out. I emailed customer service about this right away and it took literally several emails over a few weeks for them to understand that it was the ink cartridge and not module but either way it didn't matter because I still have not received a replacement cartridge and I have a extended warranty. Also when I ordered it was for the 10 w originally but had to upgrade for a few hundred dollars more because the machine I ordered was on back order and I wouldn't receive until late April, despite the website saying in stock. I had to push my opening date back several times. Not one project I have done has turned out correctly. I am not a happy crafter, this machine is NOT what I expected at all and especially for the price I paid customer service should have been helpful.

The best price I found among many sites.

These hoops work! Easy to use. Great price.

I love the product, it’s enhanced my business. The only negative feedback I have is that it does not fit properly on the BAI hat hoops.

I just received the 4 pc magnetic embroidery hoop set for my Brother PE900 and could not be more satisfied!! I am new to the embroidery world and hooping has always been an issue for me with the plastic hoops. While the magnetic hoops are expensive, they will save you much frustration in the end and you will be very happy with your finished products!! The customer service was great and the shipping was fast!! Great product all around...

The people at Swing Design were incredibly helpful. When I ordered my bundle, I called to check on the shipping and everyone I spoke with were very friendly. WhenI received my order some things were missing from the bundle and they rectified the situation immediately and sent everything that I was missing. Thank you for your time and your great customer service!

The process with Swing from start to finish was amazing. Highly recommended.

Does what it needs to do. Setup was easy.

Love it so far. Just getting started.

I recently purchased the Siser Romeo after four years of owning a cameo 4 and having so many issues with glitches. Swing Design had the best deal and after extensive research this was the best product for my small business. I no longer have so many failed cutting attempts( I absolutely love the LED light and camera to be sure things get cut right. It’s such a super easy cutter to learn. The Leonardo software is also super easy. I higbly recommend you getting a Romeo for your small business.

Love it

I ordered the Bambu filament from Swing because Bambu was out of stock. I previously ordered all my filament from Bambu , but Swing shipping was much faster.

I’m loving this thing. I purchased it to primarily offer screen print shirts so I can quickly burn the screens. At the same time it expands my custom and creative product categories! I’m loving engraving everything right now!

So far I am very pleased with the machine bundle I ordered. Shipping was quick and item was very securely packaged. Thanks so much for a great product and service.

I love my machine and it works perfecty! Everything to do with Swing Design was great and easy. We had some problems with UPS being stupid about delivery, but that is not Swing Design's fault!

Good customer service, shipped in a timely manner.

Fair price! Received product very quickly. Will always check My go to business for all Eufymake UV printer products.

excellent service

I absolutely love my new brother SE700! I’ve already completed a few embroidery projects, and I’m very happy with how they turned out. The machine is very user-friendly, even if someone just getting started with embroidery.

I also love all the products and accessories that were included in the bundle. Everything has been useful and makes it easy to start creating right away. The silhouette videos are also extremely helpful and make learning how to use everything much easier.

I’m very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend the SE 700 and bundle to anyone interested in embroidery and sewing.

I think this company must be going out of business. The software is unavailable and they have virtually no support. They also will not let me return the machine. Make sure you buy it with a credit card so you can cancel the transaction.
