Silhouette White Cameo 5α Alpha Business Bundle w/ Vinyl, Guides, Software, Tools
The Bluetooth connectivity is a true challenge. It should never be this complicated. If the firmware is only updated once every so many months then why is the software looking for updates daily? It cuts great once you are connected. However I shouldnt have to go into advanced settings for Bluetooth to make sure laptop and the device dont take naps and then still pray it connects.

xTool S1 Laser Cutter & Engraver Machine Bundle w/ Rotary, Rail & Riser
I have tested a lot of materials on the base plate from mdf to walnut. It cuts 1/4 inch mdf easily. Half inch I’ve tested over 5 times and I
Scoring a Maserati logo and cutting the outer oval. It doesn’t cut evenly. I had to make pilot holes and finish the. Putting on a scroll saw. Regards to the rotary ra2 it engraved well the second time. The first time I engraved on. Yeti coffee mug and it fell off the back support while rotating. Once you lose alignment mid engrVing the mug is throwaway. I will use it for a test piece for all other projects. The belt for the chuck was too small. I put the belt in both ends and gave so much pressure to level so I can screw it i . The belt was 2 mm short. I have created a ticket with swing on this one, I haven’t received the conveyor yet. Looking forward to test the rotary with chuck and conveyor. Overall I am happy but could be a little better with the issues mentioned above.

Mighty Hoop - 8" x 9" Magnetic Hoop for Brother PR680W & PR1060W
This a a great hoop to have and it's my favorite one. I use it for my 7"x7" designs and it's the perfect size. I use it for t-shirts and sweatshirts so far and the products are turning out great. This hoop is easy to use. I also received this hoop with a few days after I ordered it and it was well packed. I would recommend this hoop.

POOLIN EOC06 7.9in x 11in Computerized Embroidery Machine - Red
It's a 1 Needle machine its a very nice size. As far as being easy to use 1-5 its a 3.5 and I gv it that because its not that easy to operate if you don't "SEW" I was having issues the WhatsApp never responded and its been a few days.....Now as far quality its top tear. I had nesting and went to YouTube well it told me to remove the bobbin plate well that didn't wrk because I couldn't get 1 of the screws off....and still can't. I've practicing so well, see how it goes. Again I really like it I upgraded from a Brother 5.

I switched from a glowforge aura to the M2. This machine is more than I expected. Easy to understand the software as it reminds me of the Cricut design space. I’ve had it 2 days and have made 4 projects already. Great machine, projects are endless.

xTool M2 Color Craft Laser – Full Color Printer & Laser Engraver
I absolutely cannot say enough about how satisfying my experience was. There was an initial error that was TOTALLY my fault for ordering incorrectly and the items had already been shipped. Ashley went above and beyond any expectation one could have had. She managed to have the shipment recalled by the shipper. I reordered and specifically requested UPS instead of their usual Fedex which was also accomplished. The item shipped express and arrived safely on my front porch. An additional item was added as an apology by Xtool as if it was their error which it was not. If you purchase from Swing Design you will not be disappointed ! Thank you Ashley and Swing Design, James Bratt

Machine yes, the extra thread I the case, no, no, it's not embroidery thread so why sell it with the machine, it's junk. I would rather get money back for that. I bought an embroidery machine, not a sewing machine.
