Purchase price was reasonable, product was as advertised”new” in original box which was packed in a shipping box. Delivery was on time and in good condition. Very pleased with our purchase, will probably do business with
Swing Design again.

What an awesome machine. Very happy to have chosen this product. Looking forward to many creations.

No problems with purchases

Excellent quality, fast shipping, communication is great

I LOVE IT! MY FIRST TIME ORDERING FROM SWING DESIGN.. AWESOME QUICK DELIVERY AND PRICING. I WILL BE ORDERING ANOTHER BUNDLE!!

i had a bigger 15x15 unbranded machine and decided since it wasn’t producing the quality I’d hoped for and that I needed, it was time to upgrade. After much searching online I decided to buy this one.... I was a little iffy due to the fact that it’s much smaller but figured it had a better known brand so must be worth the money (triple the price and less than half the size of my last one) so I took the plunge, and man o man am I glad I did.... from the very first look I could tell this was much better quality: instead of a cheap spring lift this press has dual arm hydraulic spring loaded lifts on each side. Much better construction in the metal. The display and buttons much nicer.... my old machine had Celcius, this machine shows Fahrenheit!!! Yay!!! From the first press I could distinctly tell I was dealing with a new grade and quality product and knew immediately my old unbranded China press was NOT getting hot enough. I am still in awe of this one.... my ONLY complaint is that mine arrived with the beautiful pink paint chipping right on the front where it’s visible. So that was a little saddening, but after reselling my other to help pay for this one and items to make I had no choice but to keep it. All in all I’m very happy with it, even tho it’s much smaller and more expensive, I LOVE IT , and if I knew then what I know now I’d have bought it right out of the gate. Lastly, I’ve purchased from swing design before and they’ve proven to have the best prices for me on big buys twice now. So really happy with that as well

It a good equipment now all I need is the press machine y'all have good thing

It's great

The product is amazing, the customer service is outstanding I am beyond impressed with this company!

Very well explained.

The feeder does help with slippage, however I find it a bit bulky fitting.

Fast and easy

I love both products. I ordered every color of glitter vinyl and I love it!

Works!

Great

Great bargain!

Lots of colors, great price and fast shipping!!

I tried every vinyl before I realized I needed 751! I’ve used 651 a ton but it’s really going to be hard to use anything other than the 751 on perminate things. I’m was thinking it might be harder to cut than 651 but it wasn’t at all. It actually was easier to weed.. this is a great product and worth every penny spent!
