StyleTech Metallic Glossy Permanent Vinyl - Silver
When I used the vinyl and put it on my project the vinyl looks spotted, almost like the finish is different!

Hi Hope, can you send us some photos to retailorders@swingdesign.com and reference your order #? If there is any defect in the vinyl we will replace it at no charge. Sorry about this. Metallic can look very different depending on what angle you look at and it could have been missed during the cutting process.

Silhouette Studio to Designer Edition PLUS Upgrade - Instant Code
It's unfortunate that I had to rate Swing Design with the a "1 Star" rating. However, I ordered...paid for the Silhouette Designer Upgrade. And never received it or the required license. I will never order from this company again.

Oracal 651 Vinyl Bundle 12" x 12"- 61 Assorted Colors
My order is perfect! It arrived in a timely manner and I rcd notifications on the shipping. Not sure if that was bc I purchased through eBay or if swing design does that themselves. My vinyl arrived in a box flat.

Silhouette Studio Designer Edition PLUS to Business Edition Digital Upgrade - Instant Code
After I heard that I could use my .pes embroidery designs and use weeding features, I couldn't wait to try this version. I am so happy! I have been having fun converting hundreds of my favorite embroidery designs into cut patterns! I love this! I can now link several machines together if I need to. Very powerful software for a very resonable low price. Swing Design always has the lowest prices anytime!
