Silhouette Cameo 3 Online Beginner Class by Silhouette School
It did not work. I returned. It cost me $23 toShip back and you kept 25% of my money almost $80 for nothing. I’m on disability and it’s Christmas and you ripped me off. Hope you enjoy doing people like that. That’s my grocery money. Sleep well. I’d give you 0 stars if I could.

Hi Debbie, I am sorry about this. The machine does require updates to the firmware and software when received Those steps are attached to the top of the machine. Also the machine is fully warrantied. There is a 25% restocking fee for used machines and this is why we ask that you utilize the support Silhouette offers to get over the setup. We do test the machines once returned to ensure the machine is not defective. The 25% only applies to machines that have been used and that do function during our tests.

I've ordered multiple times and I am always happy with the product! I've had issues receiving the product on time though I think that issue lies with the post office.
