Siser Multipurpose Cover Sheet - 12" x 15" Sheet
I'm fairly new to HTV but find using a cover sheet really helps the HTV transfer successfully. The product came very quickly and was packaged to protect it in shipping. Thank you Swing Design.

Silhouette Studio Designer Edition PLUS to Business Edition Digital Upgrade - Instant Code
I ordered a upgrade to my silhouette software and accidentally deleted the information when the email came. All I had to do was email and within the day, I had numerous replies with my software update on it.
No questions asked, no fingers pointed...just swift assistance! I couldn't have asked for more....considering the software update was cheaper at Swing Design than anywhere else to boot!! :) Thank you, Swing Design!!
