So far I really like the paint, however, the red one was leaking everywhere once I received it.

Silhouette Cameo 3 - Glitter Pink
It says it comes with the free software and also a 25$ Credit to the design studio and I tried but it wouldn’t let me. It says the serial number is already in use I am very disappointed.

Hi Serena, the serial number should not be in use as these are brand new machines. If you are still having issues please message Silhouette with the serial number and they can help get this resolved https://www.silhouetteamerica.com/contact

Didn't like the quality of the vinyl

Hi Shirlee, what issues were you having with the HTV? I want to make sure it was not a heat setting or time issue. We do share our customer experiences with Siser so any insight into the issues you were having would be great.

Oracal 651 Glossy Swatch Book | Color Chart
I am happy with this swatch book -- colors are true to original sheets. It is nice to be able to see what the colors will really look like and compare to your items you want to match to before ordering.
