Silhouette Studio to Business Edition Upgrade - Instant Code
I purchased the Designer Edition from your site a couple months ago and decided I could use the Business Edition so I purchased the upgrade last week however your site was not clear on how to purchase the upgrade from Designer to Business and I ended up purchasing the full upgrade from Basic to Business which was twice the price and there was no recourse on your site to get a discount or even a credit, that is not good PR in my humble opinion, not even a % of my next order. Got a bad taste in my mouth now...

Silhouette Cameo 3 Bluetooth Bundle with Oracal 651 Vinyl, Tools and Pixscan
Received the product, but can't get the firmware update to download. Contacted Silhouette but they haven't got back with me. If you could help me that would be great.

Oracal 651 Matte Vinyl Rolls - White
Price is great. Just wish shipping was faster. Tracking stated it was in San Diego which is an hour way from where I live but the next day it was on its way to Hawaii only to take another 4 days to come back. Even with the shipping nonsense, I would definitely be purchasing again. Great product and price.

Oracal ORAMASK 813 Translucent Stencil Film 12" x 6 ft Roll
I ordered stencil vinyl and this was my first time in working with Swing Design. I have to say that I'm very impressed. I was given an almost 2 to 3 week delivery time (through walmart's website) and was pleasantly surprised to recieve my product by the end of the week! The company does a good job of letting you know where your product is as well because who else stalks their ups driver/mailman when they're expecting a package? You don't have to with this company, they let you know at every leg of the delivery process exactly where your product is. Very happy customer!
