Swing Design 15" x 15" Swing Away 8-in-1 Heat Press - Turquoise
Shipped really quickly. It is difficult to remove screws from the top plate. And manual could have a little more trouble shooting info.

Silhouette Cameo 4 PRO - 24" w/ Deluxe Blade & Tool Pack, Mat Pack, Guides
My order was delivered on schedule, however, there was a major lack of communication was to when my order would ship. The bundle I purchased, Silhouette Cameo 4 Pro, listed the pen holder set as part of the bundle but that was not included in the package and was zeroed out on the packing list, I assume it will be shipped at a later date, but, again there is a major lack of communication therefore I have no idea if in fact it will be shipped or if I simply will not receive it. All the items that were shipped we package very well with no indication of shipment damage. I will purchase of Swing Design in the future. and can't wait to try out my new toy.

Upgraded my software in minutes when I discovered Swing after months of trying to buy from Silhouette who failed miserably to support their customer.
Swing is the way forward from now on.

Hi Julee, the 2 - $100 codes are sent via email after purchase. I just resent those to you. If you still do not receive them please check your spam. If you still do not receive them please reach out to use at support@swingdesign.com and we can make sure you receive the codes.

It's harder to understand how it works I'm use to using Cricut design space. I just bought the silhouette machine about month or two ago.
