Stratton Set of 5 Nested Frames -Black
I received my nested frames timely. One was damaged. I sent an email with pictures late Friday. Monday morning I called to see what could be done, and to my surprise, they had my email and had already sent a replacement, which I got on Tuesday, all the way from CA to IN. You don't get better customer service then that anywhere. Plus the quality was amazing, I will be buying from Swing Design again. Thank you so much.

Silhouette Cameo 3 Bluetooth Bundle with 12 Siser EasyWeed Sheets and 12 Oracal 651 Sheets
Ordering from swing design was easy and fast. The website was full of information on what to order for your specific wants and needs. I found a lot of my answers from the website and ordered the package best for me. I ordered on the weekend and first thing Monday morning I received an email my order was being packaged up. I also received an email from swing designs on the progress of my package. Also when I received it and after wards. I am so happy I ordered from them they have been very helpful and caring if I needed any help.
Will look here first for anything else I need.

Oracal 631 Matte Vinyl Rolls - Black
After hearing all the scary stories about vinyl paper on Amazon. I finally turned to something I could find online: Swing Design. I was a bit nervous since it was my first time ordering from this business. However, I was not disappointed. I could track my package easily and it came in a few business days. The vinyl paper was wrapped in brown paper and taped with paper tape. I inspected the vinyl paper and there were no scratches or rips. Very impressed and I'm definitely planning on ordering from Swing Design again.
