Easy to apply for upgrading my edition. Too bad I spent so much time trying to do it before finding this site. And it was on sale.

Uninet IColor 560 White Toner Printer Business Bundle w/ Media, $1044 Software
Overall product is great! Does not take up too much space, is a little on the heavy side for one person to lift though. Got the product within a good timely manner. Definitely has a learning curve to printing with the two step paper. Would be a heck of a lot easier with one step print and press but over all it is a good product.

Sawgrass Virtuoso SG500 Sublimation Printer Starter Bundle
Not happy with ink levels after initial installment, neither the quality of ink, have issues with the product to a point I do not even want to use it anymore, I will not recomend this to anyone.

Hi Leythy, sorry that you are not happy with the Sawgrass so far. For the inks, the starter install kit is good for about 200 full coverage 8.5x11in prints. The printer requires a lot of ink to fill the lines and the printer can trigger a low ink warning but you will still be able to get the 200 prints. If you are having issues with the print quality. Please email our support and we would be happy to help. support@swingdesign.com

StarCraft 15" x 15" Clam Shell Heat Press - Mint
Leaves press marks and turns white shirts yellowish. You have to use peroxide to correct color back to white.

Hi Amy, when pressing we recommend using a protective carrier sheet to protect the garment from any scorching or transferring of any ink/residue from previous applications. Also make sure that the press temperature is appropriate for the textile being pressed.

Silhouette Studio Designer Edition Upgrade - Instant Code
I like the Designer Edition of Silhouette Studio as it allows me to import my own SVGs for printing. This is essential for anyone that wishes to be a bit more creative and not rely on 'cute' downloads. I do however, begrudge the fact that an upgrade is needed to the version that comes with the Cameo 4 to do this. It should be standard. Thankfully Swing Design had an offer so I was able to save 50% but it still hurts.

The price for what I wanted was so good, I almost didn’t buy it because I was worried it was a scam. However, it was exactly what it said it would be and the whole process was trouble free. Thank you, Swing Design. I hope to be ordering things from you again.
