Silhouette Cameo 3 Bluetooth, Auto Adjusting Blade, Enhanced Touch Screen, and More
I have rec'd my Silhouette Cameo 3 Bluetooth (laptop is not compatible) and am happy so far. It was received well packaged and in good condition and fairly quickly. My one complaint is that Swing Design charged me $39. for shipping & handling and then I had to pay an additional expense on receipt of delivery of another $36.00 What's up with that! I've ordered many things from online USA and never paid that much nor have I had to pay once I rec'd the package. Did you forget to pay your postage Swing Design and I got charged twice? I won't order again I will find "free shipping to Canada" or at least very minimal.

Hi J.R,
While shipping internationally sometimes packages are subject to a customs or import fee.

Swing Design has very good pricing, a great variety of vinyl & HTV colors. Their shipping is slow, so don't wait until you need it to order.
