I appreciated the fact that you emailed me to let me know that my order would be shipped as soon as possible and apologized for the delay. The fact that I was given an update and the reason for the delay was much appreciated. Thank you.

I would have liked to return it but my son was overseas and didn't return until after the month return policy. He doesn't like chess - Inthought he did.

Siser EasyWeed Heat Transfer Vinyl (HTV) - White
I placed my order. Shipping was great and arrived on time. My order was not all there. They were great and very responsive in trying to correct it but then sent the wrong items. Once again it was promptly taken care of. It was a bit of a hassle and not a very good impression as a first time buyerror from this company.
