Sawgrass UHD Virtuoso SG500 Sublimation Printer, Ink, Paper, Blanks Bundle
At first I bought a refurbished one and it was broke, I thought it was just the ink so I ordered more ink nope just broke. I was so upset as I had spent so much money on this printer and ink. Once I got in contact with them Donna and her team were amazing. They issued a refund the min the printer made it back and I bought this one which I just tested out yesterday and it prints soooo perfect and pretty!!! Very pleased thus far! I did purchase the warranty just in case but I’m loving it and the customer service.
