Silhouette Studio Designer Edition to Business Edition Digital Upgrade - Instant Code
The software and buying process works well. I didn't really need business but it's the only way to run two machines. I do have some questions that only Silhouette can answer and I've been on hold for a long time and now am waiting on an email.

Great product! Wish the bluetooth function was supported by the software soon. Also wish that I don't need to upgrade to the designer edition in order to sketch a design or do something as basic as cut with different patterns or use a more precise eraser.

Silhouette Cameo 3 Bluetooth Bundle with Oracal 651 Vinyl, Tools and Pixscan
My shipping time was longer than I anticipated as well as getting responses back from emails I sent regarding my order. Also, I was missing an item from my order and should have been shipped out to me sooner than it did. Improvement needed in responding back to customers and getting items shipped.

Silhouette Cameo Standard Cutting Mat 12" x 12"
Everything came just as specified and undamaged. I was extremely pleased with this purchase and will probably order from Swing again. The Silhouette Store always seems to be out of the colors or materials that I need, but Swing had everything!
