Instructions on how to use were not clear. Had to watch you-tube videos on everything I was trying to do.

The Ultimate Silhouette Guide to Pixscan by Silhouette School
I love all your books. Each is very comprehensive and informative. Love the idea that you do not just say what the Silhouette is capable of rather you teach how to get the results from what the machine can do.

Element Frame Black 4x6
I love my Swing Design frames. They are of good quality, modern look and functional. I was looking for a frame that displays front and back of a document. These frames are perfect for this. The display can be portrait or landscape, it can be turned to show front and back. The picture(s) or documents are easy to mount, they are inserted between two glass panels. On top of everything, I think the price is right.

The vinyl came in very quickly. I am new to the world of vinyl cutting in fact I am waiting for my machine to come in in August, so I really can't comment on the quality. I am very satisfied with the dealings that I have had with Swing Design so far. I am looking forward to future purchases.

Silhouette Cameo 2 Touch Screen Starter Bundle with Guide, Class, Pens, Heat Transfer Kit, and More!
Silhouette arrived in perfect condition. Very pleased with the machine. I've only had a chance to try it out 1 time but it cut flawlessly. Looking forward to creating a lot with this machine. It a little learning curve since I've jumped over from the cricut world but so thankful for the classes included in this kit. Great Job Swing Designs!
