The Ultimate Silhouette Guide E-Book by Silhouette School Studio V3
The Silhouette that has sat in the box for two years, never used, now has a chance to come out and shine. The Ultimate Silhouette Guide is a perfect guide for newbies, and those that have not yet explored all the possibilities this machine offers. I plan on purchasing some of the other books.

$199 Demo Silhouette Cameo 2 Touch Screen - Used once for a class
I lov e the Sillohoute Cameo. I have had a ll other of fun with it and have several projects in mind to do th his summer. But everything was supposed to be like new and the mat was cut up pretty badly. It had 2 places cut out completely and several other cuts in it. I would appreciate it if you could send me a new one to replace it. Thank you. Doris Catlett

All of the Elle boxes I have purchased are beautiful. I love that they are so well protected in their packaging during shipment. I have purchased several others after I received the first one. Love them.

Silhouette Curio Bundle with Large Base, Etching, Sketching, Emboss
Although at the start the communication was very poor(as I couldn't get anyone that could reply to my emails promptly or able to answer my question when I called all the way from Australia), they did delivery all the items promptly. I received the goods I think in less than 2 weeks. Will recommend to go through with the company in the future although would suggest that when you are short of staff due to conference that you train the others who take the call with more info regarding the products in order the help the customer. Pls not the lady who answered my call was extra friendly and was understand although she wasn't much help with answering my questions.
