Our order with Swing Design was filled quickly and without any hassles. Working with them was a pleasant experience. Silhouette Studio DE is a nice upgrade from the standard version. We really like the layer features.

Silhouette Curio Stippling & Etching Tool
I love it. I knew Silhouette was having some availibilty issues with some of the tools for the Curio when I ordered it, but swing Design did a great job of getting my new Curio out for me so that I could get prepared for an upcoming baby shower and wedding. Thank you Swing Design. Can't wait to order the pixscan and additional tools from you when they are available for the Curio.

Silhouette Curio Bundle with Large Base, Etching, Sketching, Emboss
I am disappointed. I still haven't gotten any thing I've ordered. All I get are excuses. I will never order from you again and will not recommend you to my crafting circle.

Silhouette Curio Large Base Set (12")
I was very satisfied with the product and the service. As soon as the product was available from the manufacturer, my order was shipped out to me immediately and I really appreciate the effort of Swing Design getting it out to me in time to complete a project that depended on it. I will definitely be making future purchases from them.

The shadow box is great! I'm making a Christmas tree shape and filled in with vintage jewelry for a Christmas present for my daughter so it will be perfect!

Aura Lacquer Cocktail Tray Aquamarine 12x12
I received the tray in my Popsugar Box and fell in love. So much so that I ordered the larger one for my
coffee table (the smaller will reside in the bedroom). The laquer is so gorgeous. Very happy with my purchase.

Silhouette Curio Base Machine Bundle
I was concerned about the voltage problem as i am not using the machine in US. That's why i sent an email to Swing Design, and their answer was negative that the machine is not compatible with 220V. However, I've also sent email to the official Silhouette, and their answer was positive as it is compatible with 110V-240V. So, I realized that your staff are not that familiar with your products, and didn't even try to look at the label on the machine. It was a bit disappointing and I didn't expect this confusion.
