Silhouette Frosted Glass Premium Indoor Outdoor Vinyl 9" x 4 ft Roll
It was my first time ordering from the company. It took a long time to get my order. I ended up having to call for a status and threaten to cancel my order before receiving it two days later. It wasn't a good first impression.

Silhouette Cameo II Touch Screen Exclusive Starter Bundle - $350.99 Value - Newest Model
I ordered a silhouette cameo touchscreen bundle for $269.99 I received the old silhouette cameo that isn't touchscreen and they offered me a $20 refund to keep it when the old silhouette cameo is only $220 or I could send it back. I should've gotten the correct item described the first time I bought the product.

Silhouette Cameo II Touch Screen Exclusive Starter Bundle - $350.99 Value - Newest Model
I am disappointed with the customer service so far. I have yet to receive the product so I cannot comment on the actual item. The bundle shipped 12 days after ordering, which to me is not acceptable unless a buyer is notified their order is on backorder. I could not get timely responses to e-mails regarding the status of my order and when I called I was given inaccurate information. If you are wanting to receive your order in less than 2 weeks, I would consider other options. It has been two weeks so far and I have yet to receive my order.

I am still waiting for it to ship. It has been 2 weeks. They told me it was shipping on Thursday...my order was next in line but I haven't gotten confirmation and my account still shows "unfulfilled". If you can't ship it next week I will request a refund. Very disappointed.

I cannot post a review because I do not have the item yet. Shipping time is ridiculous. Shouldn't have to wait 3 weeks to receive this item.

Easel Frame White 8x10 with 5x7 Mat
I have a variety of sizes of the white Easel Frame - and I love them all! They are sturdy, simple and elegant at the same time, and the thick glass really adds the perfect touch. I'm very pleased with this purchase!
