Silhouette Cameo 4 PRO - 24" w/ Blade & Tool Pack, Pen Holder, Guides, Designs
I finally broke down and purchased the Cameo 4 Pro as I was getting a lot of requests for items that couldn't be pieced together using my Cameo 3. My only regret is not having made the purchase sooner!

Roland BN-20A Desktop 20" Eco-Solvent Printer & Cutter w/ CMYKx2, Media & Stand
I got the BN20A to add vinyl graphics as part of my shop, and it's a great mid-sized machine. The package is a good way to get started, just make sure you have some application tape on hand for the non-heat transfer vinyl. I've had a few issues with getting details to release from the backing with the Roland heat transfer media, but otherwise it just works.

Silhouette Studio to Business Edition Upgrade - Instant Code
Struggle to refund me for useless silhouette software upgrade after returning the machine to the store. Lack of understanding and compassion so now dealing with bank dispute. Company could have been way more helpful.
Update: my experience is what it is no response needed, thank you

Hi Jasmine, unfortunately digital software is not refundable. We have it listed on the product page. Silhouette does not allow for digital returns. If you are having issues with your machine and purchased it through us we have a great team that can help get you up and running.

Hotronix Fusion Heat Press 16" x 20" with Upgraded Fusion IQ
It is exactly what I expected. It is a BEAST of a press. The build quality is AMAZING. I feel it is a tool that will grow with my new business. NO more cheap china presses for me. Don't get me wrong I totally realize it is not cheap. But I realized years ago, you get what you pay for, and starting a new business is hard enough without dealing with a machine failure in the middle of a large order. And Swing Designs has been incredible to deal with. I have returned to their site and placed several more orders since my first order. I have spoken with them several times over the phone. They have ALWAYS been very nice and helpful. Great Company to deal with.

Sawgrass UHD Virtuoso SG500 Sublimation Printer Starter Bundle
I received my printer quickly! I’m happy with it so far, as I’ve just gotten started. Setup was easy, although I wasn’t able to schedule a time to be walked through the setup, so I’m a little worried I could have missed important details, but it’s all running fine!
