Much better and easier to use. Has a lot more of great features!!

swing design is a great vendor to work with, you get exactly what you ordered quickly and without issues.

This has been a work horse so far, works great, was super simple to get started

Fast delivery and very good price

I bought the Roland BN-20A printer cutter bundle with stand. I also bought a bunch of rolled goods to use for stickers, canvas, and printable HTV, 10 different rolls to be exact. This was a Pre Order item and ai knew it would take some time. To my surprise they came in early and delivered relatively quick. Was surprised that it came nicely wrapped on a pallet, everything was nicely stacked and wrapped in shrink wrap. Was very happy with the purchase. My only gripe is the delivery, I emailed swing design after purchase to see if they had a better estimated delivery date and they couldn’t give me one, due to being out of town a bunch the last two weeks I wanted to make sure someone would be around for delivery, the response email stated that I would get a shipment email with a shipment date and delivery, of course, my luck when they did send me the shipping email, it showed a delivery date of the same day it was shipped, and Fed-Ex called to schedule the drop off the next morning, while I was out of town. 24 hour notice for such an expensive purchase was a little upsetting, but I was able to get someone over to take delivery.

Overall Swing design is a great company and has always been a great company to buy from. This purchase was no different. With many options to finanace the big order. They even reached out to me to see if they could help expedite the business finanace, which I didn’t go with in the end.

Great Job Guys.

Received the tote quickly and in excellent condition. It's very easy to put my Cameo in and out of this tote. I do wish it had a little more space for the cords but other than that I love it.

I’m in love with my printer!! So many fun projects. The ink that comes with it gave me a good start. Support class helped a lot. Still learning but loving it so far.

Fast shipping. Exactly what was described! Will order from here again!

The machine of my dreams

Fits like a glove, very happy with purchase

Exactly as described - works great - fast shipping.
And the color is so bright & pretty.

Not real please with the Basic Edition.

Best investment I have made so far

The purchasing process went smoothly with no complaints. Learning the new program was a bit rough. I purchased the Corel connect Business edition and it has made the process so much easier. Thank You

This is my go-to transfer media for my iColor 550 white toner printer. A fellow "white toner" group member on Facebook recommended Swing Design as a supplier for this media. As it turned out, Swing had a great price and FAST shipping. Swing is now my go-to source for this transfer media.

Sawgrass Virtuoso SG1000 Sublimation Printer w/ 8-in-1 Heat Press Bundle

Love their service

So far it has been good, I did have a hiccup in the beginning with getting it work and had to use the ink that came with the machine to get it to work properly. When I reached out they said they would send me replacement ink which I was gratefully for but at this time still don't have it. But machine is working well

I upgraded from the cricut easy press 2. This heat press is a game changer. Highly recommend. I love it! Works perfectly.
