I'm absolutely thrilled with all my equipment I ordered! It was a great deal and I was able to work out a payment plan to help my small business get established credit. The loan process was fast, easy and informative. I got my equipment in less then a week from originally selecting the package. Excellent customer service, quality products, Impeccable timing, and a fantastic experience! I will be shopping this company again for my business and I highly recommend this company to anyone in this line of work whether crafting is a hobby or for business purposes.

Swing Design 15" x 15" PRO Slide Out Heat Press - Pink
So far I love it I do wish the knob to make it looser or tighter let it go looser, when I try to use a heat pillow it won’t go far enough for the press to lock down

Very satisfied with my purchase and SERVICE from Swing Design. This is the VERY reason why I chose to go with a reputable seller vs. Amazon purchase. I'm an newbie to sublimation and knew I'd have questions. So, I paid for a quality product and quality service. Thanks, Team Swing Design.

Silhouette White Cameo 4 PLUS - 15" w/ Blade Pack, 38 Sheets Vinyl, HTV, Pens
Admittedly I am a newbie to cutting machines but I do not find this machine to be user friendly. I have watched hundreds of videos, subscribed to SilhouetteU, downloaded the ebook, yet I still cannot get the machine to recognize and cut with the rotary cutter. Even submitted my question on the FaceBook page & nothing has helped. Purchased this machine to use mainly for fabric appliques but it's been quicker and easier to just remove the hoop and trim each design the old way. Quite frustrated and thinking about trying to sell this one & get the Brother Scan n Cut.
