Silhouette Studio to Business Edition Upgrade - Instant Code
I have the Designer edition. In my attempt to purchase the Business Edition, I selected Basic to Business instead of Designer to Business. I contacted Customer Support prior to I still haven’t downloaded it) asking for a refund as I purchased the wrong, more expensive version. CS was no help. Basically I was told there are no refunds and that’s it.

Hi Tinisa, we apologize for this. When the order is placed the code is created and Silhouette does not have a way to reassign it once the code is issued. Best, Swing Design

Swing Design 15" x 15" PRO Slide Out Heat Press - Coral
Amazing machine! I bought this heat press to upgrade my 7 yr old press that was starting have trouble. I really loved my old heat press but decided to give this press a try after learning about the slide out feature. I received the machine in perfect condition and used it to make 20 shirts already. I'm impressed with how well built it is and how easy it is to press a shirt. The best part is that i can now align my work more efficiently without getting burned. Would recommend.
