Silhouette Cameo 4 PRO - 24" w/ Siser HTV Rolls, Tools, Guides
Not currently using the machine. The mat keeps sliding despite all known efforts to fix it. I tried contacting support but has not been able to resolve the problem.

Hi Kimberly one think you can try is to move the right roller toward the center more. Also make sure the mat support pieces are helping to support the mat. When we use it in the office we also add some support to the back of the machine to reduce the weight of the mat while it slides forward and back

Unable to use it. Accidentally purchased the wrong key and cannot exchange it.

HI Kimberly, unfortunately when the order is placed the code is generated and Silhouette does not have a way to reassign it. The code will still work, you will just need to go from Basic to Designer first then you can use this code to go from Designer to Business - https://www.swingdesign.com/products/silhouette-studio-designer-edition-digital-license-code-for-cameo-portrait-sd-instant-download
