Silhouette White Cameo 4 PLUS - 15" w/ Blade Pack, 38 Sheets Vinyl, HTV, Pens
Shipping was fast. Please know that all the extra goodies you get with this bundle are I SIDE the Cameo 4 Plus box. I didn't know and emailed them. They were very kind and responded quickly. So far, they get the 5 stars from a customer service point of view. I've only used the machine a few times so far and I am figuring it out. I chose Silohette because their software is similar to Photoshop (I already use it) and it's on my computer. I don't have to use the internet to make designs and send to print. That was about 90% of why I chose them.

StarCraft 15" x 15" Clam Shell Heat Press Bundle - Mint
I love my heat press it works great. The color brightens up my home office space. The pressure adjustment works well. The screen is nice a bright and simple to use. I’m glad I purchased the bundle it allowed me to practice with using the vinyl. It did come delivered with the handle bent a little and back side with some damage but customer service is on it and will be sending me a replacement when it’s back in stock. I’m glad I’ve found this company will be ordering again in the future.

StarCraft 15" x 15" Clam Shell Heat Press - Mint
LOVE LOVE LOVE my new heat press!! Shipped super fast and was easy as pie to set up. Had it up and running and pressed my first shirt within minutes. I was sad that it didn’t come with a Teflon sheet. I had to make a trip to my local craft store to buy one. I would have thought for the cost one would have been included. Other than that, I love it :)

StarCraft 15" x 15" Clam Shell Heat Press - Mint
First of all I was surprised and very pleased with the very quick shipment after placing my order. It only took 2 days to receive. It arrived in perfect condition, I was able to unpack, plug in and get to pressing. The temperature is spot on and adjusting the pressure is easy and quick. The top platen is level and provides consistent even pressure. Very happy that I chose this heat press!
