Love it

Great deal! The download code and instructions arrived quickly and were very easy to understand.

package nicely as worked very well so far with all my materials

While I am definitely a newbie to this machine, I formerly upgraded from a Cameo 3 which I rarely used. But the few times that I did use it, it worked fairly well. However, I am really struggling with this machine. The machine will just not pull in any media into the machine properly. I have adjusted the rollers, moved them all around, made certain that my bar adjustment is in the up position, and no matter what I do, I cannot get the machine to pull in anything correctly. It will grab onto the left side of paper/vinyl, but it will not grab onto the right side at all, and so it does not cut properly. Even when I manually feed the material into the machine, the machine does not grab onto whatever I feed into it and so the cuts are horrible and I waste more vinyl/paper. This is very frustrating. Even my daughter who is a seasoned Cameo user says there must be a problem. I am watching videos, posting on social media sites and no matter what, I just cannot seem to solve this dilemma. I also cannot get the machine to connect to 2 of my computers. I am pretty tech savvy and I have done all of the troubleshooting correctly and I have my PCs set to accept bluetooth, and on the PC's I can see the Cameo 4Pro, but the Studio Software will not say it is ready unless I am physically connected to the machine. I also cannot get the Business Edition of the software to sync correctly. It will not read designs that I have saved. It will say that upload failed. I am definitely not very pleased with how this machine/software is behaving. Additionally on my iPhone, I got the app to use, and I keep getting an error message telling me that the developer needs to update the software in order for it to run properly on my phone. If you are going to offer an app, please keep it updated for the latest mobile devices out there. This happens on my iPad as well. I am really hoping I can get all of these issues resolved because I know this can be a good investment.

While this was a good beginners class (which I am definitely a beginner), I was able to figure out most of what was covered by reading my manual and following it. I do like to see recorded videos though so it just helped to cement what I already knew. I am still having issues with mine, so I hope to join Silhouette U to help me with my issues.

Still learning the software but so far very easy to use.

Valeu a pena. Programa completo. Dá para fazer imensa coisa.

It has a learning curve but with the help of youtube I was able to create a design with lettering and a picture. I was able to print it for sublimation.

I have experienced some “instant” downloads that really took an hour or so. I can appreciate that this was really instant, and the additional freebies were great!

Newbie with silhouette here, I bought my first machine (portrait 3) 1 week ago, and I love it. I have a cricut maker and since day one didn't like the software at all as it lacks so many features and have to use many different programs to make my designs, and on top of it you are forced to work online and the software updates are forced, and every update they fix something but something gets screwed and you have no choice. Silhouette studio (the basic free edition) is MILES ahead of cricut design space, now that I upgraded to business edition couldn't be happier and stopped using all the programas I used before (illustrator, procreate, affinity photo, affinity design) I am using silhouette design on a MacBook air M1, the program is not yet optimized for the M1 processor and it shows, the UI is not crisp, looks blurred and don't like it at all but hope silhouette will fix this soon, the program is a bit laggy as well, and many other small details that I can live with until the program gets updated to fix all those issues (hope this is done sooner than later).
So if you´re thinking on buying the upgrade, don't over think it, its worth its price specially at the price I bought it from Swing Design :)

The pro was back ordered for quite some time. I love how the Swing Design team communicated updates. If something changed, they let me know. Also, in my original package, something was missing. I called, and the representative simply said, “No problem. I’ll get that out to you today.” I got the replacement in 2 days, and she actually sent more than what was missing. Not that she had to, but that kind of customer service was above excellent. They will always have a customer in me!

Best price available for this bundle anywhere! Will definitely be returning to Swing Design to make further purchases.
