Silhouette White Cameo 4 w/ 38 Oracal Sheets, Siser HTV, Guides, 24 Pens
the only issue I had was a white piece of shipping cardboard was placed inside the cameo 4 holding the cutter head. I think it should be a different color say orange or red so it doesn't blend in with the machine or at the very least write on it to remove it. The cutter does a great job as advertised. I still never got a diffinitive answer to a simple question about cutting polystyrene sheets in it. and which blade to use for it.

Hi Herman, thank you for the feedback. In regards to the protective material for the housing, I have passed on your feedback to Silhouette America. For the polystyrene, I would go with the 3mm Kraft Blade. Just make sure the material is not thicker than 3mm. Best, Will - owner

Uninet IColor 560 White Transfer Printer w/ Textile Bundle, $1044 Software
Just starting into the T-shirt printing there is a lot I had to learn and teach my self but it worked out great.
The only problem I’m having now is my prints are coming out with holes in them and nothing seems to tell me how to fix it when I search. Honestly frustrated with the lack of information there is out on the net about this printer but other wise from that it’s great. If anyone could help me that would be great.

Hi Nicole, in regards to the holes, are they small holes throughout the design? There is a feature in the software called rasterization. This feature breaks up the design giving the textile a softer feel, helps prevents cracking for large prints, and allows water to pass through. Please make sure this feature is not turned on. You can also make the circles smaller by going to Easy Color Adjustments settings. Best, Will

Silhouette Cameo 4 PRO - 24" w/ Advanced Blade Pack, 38 Sheets Vinyl, HTV, Pens
I ordered my machine in March and knew there was a delay because of Covid. Even knowing that Swing Design send me emails informing my order status. My machine arrived in perfect condition. I don't plug it yet because I am rearranging my craft space. I will continue buying from this company, the customer service is great and shipping is fast.
