Prompt deliver online with the order could not be happier ,now comes the mammoth task of learning what it can all do but cant fault Swing Designs at all, however So-Fontsy keeps on locking me out and I still to this day have not been able to spend the voucher I got along with this

Silhouette Black Cameo 4 w/ Advanced Blade Pack, 38 Oracal Sheets, Siser HTV
The only complaint I have is that I was brand new and would have liked what the different vinyl's were for and each tools. A little explaining would have helped.

Silhouette Black Cameo 4 Deluxe Siser Easyweed Heat Transfer (HTV) Bundle
Swing Design gets a 5 star rating for their overall customer service and their speedy delivery. I will continue to order from them and refer them to others. Silhouette gets a 2.5 for their subpar customer service, their auto blade which does not function like an auto blade should and for the noise the unit makes while cutting. I upgraded after 7 years. I don’t regret my purchase but Silhouette you need to do better.

Silhouette Curio Starter Bundle with Oracal 651 Vinyl, Sketch Pens, Tools
This bundle was an awesome bargain! My shipment arrived on time and in perfect condition. The reason for 4 stars and not 5 is that the physical book from Silhouette school was missing. It was promptly replaced with the digital version, but I would have preferred the physical copy.
