As of right now, I have only been able to cut three images. The settings that come with Silhouette Studio to cut on regular HTV don’t work for the HTV that came with the pro. I have had to find the settings that work correctly by experimenting and doing several test cuts. The manual that came with my pro was geared towards the cameo 4 and there are things that are different and more specific to the pro therefore it should have its own manual. I feel that the mat is too flimsy and should be made of a thicker material so that it is sturdier and easier to use. I’m also confused as to why the mat starts at zero but you can’t actually use the first half inch of the mat. There also should be a piece on the cameo pro to where it is easier to line up the mat then just the printed lines and arrows. Cricut has plastic pieces on either end to guide the mat in which helps align it easier. I know that the pro could not have the plastic pieces on both ends as it is a sliding guide for different size mats and rolls but there could be a raised piece on the left side where the arrows are that would help aligning the mat and the vinyl. I feel like these are all minor things but as a user it’s very frustrating that these things are so poorly designed. For the amount of money that we spent on the pro and the heat press I feel like these are issues that should have already been addressed as the pro is several versions into the silhouette machine.

Rapid customer service

As a previous Cricut user I feel like I can’t give silhouette studio a proper evaluation without more time spent using it. I do love that you are able to do so much more with it but it is more difficult to figure out. I have had to watch a number of YouTube videos with Silhouette Studio whereas with Cricut I just hopped in and got started right away. I will come back and update once I have used Silhouette Studio more. As of right now I have only been using it for three weeks.

Thank you
Would definitely buy from again

The code worked perfectly and the upgrade was easy to set up.

Awesome price and worth the upgrade from basic edition

Upgraded without any problems. Thank you having the savings available!

Never have any issues with this company!!!

I received my auto blade order super fast- despite the pandemic- in it's than a week! My blades came in perfect condition- nothing was crushed or dirty. Swing design is the best!

I received my machine and all the components of my bundle in excellent condition. Nothing was missing or damaged. Shipping to CA took about a week. I'd buy from Swing design again!

Ordered Saturday and it arrived the following Friday. Quick shipping with alerts to let me know the progress. I also purchased the Business Edition Software and that was quickly delivered online as well and at a great price! I'm having a bit of trouble cutting card stock and will probably continue to use my Cricut Maker for that but I've created a number of vinyl projects no problem. I did need to make some adjustments to the standard settings however. I also prefer the Silhouette weeding tool to the ones I have by Cricut. Overall, I'm pleased with the purchase and would definitely recommend Swing Design as a great place to purchase from.

I purchased a silhouette cameo 4 bundle from swing design recently and wanted to upgrade silhouette studio. Swing design had the best deal

I absolutely love it! Should have done this from the start.

I really don’t how to use but it’s great for what I do know

I’m loving the Silhouette Cameo 4. This bundle was a great purchase and I feel the value is amazing. Love all the additional vinyl assortment, the design files, and haven’t tried all of the blades yet but love having the option & looking forward to learning how to use them. Shipping was fast and problem-free. So happy with my purchase.

So glad I found your site! I am very thankful for the discount I received on the Silhouette Studio Business Edition. The pdf you sent with the code was very helpful in walking through how to use the code.
