Pink Pro Craft Heat Press 9" x 12" Bundle
Purchased this machine in May of 2019. Within the first 6 months of having it, it was giving me problems. Since it was still under warranty, Technical support swiftly helped with issue, and sent me a part to fix it. Here we are, not even 2 years later and my control board is fried and it will cost more than half of what the press is b worth to fix it. This press is extremely overpriced and absolutely not worth that listed price.

Silhouette White Cameo 4 PLUS - 15" w/ Autoblade, Mat, Roll Feeder
I'm brand new to this aspect of crafting, but so far I love everything about this machine. When I saw pictures of the Silhouette software I was very intimidated, but as soon as I spent even a little time in it I realized it's not difficult to work with at all. I'm excited to keep learning all the things I can do with my new toy!

The purchase of the Silhouette Business Edition upgrade was simple and fast. After I downloaded the file and installed it, a quick reboot of the computer revealed the new software was active and ready to use. THANK YOU Swing Design! I have already forwarded your information with my sister.

Swing Design 15" x 15" PRO Slide Out Heat Press - Coral
This is my first heat press and I'm loving it so far! Took me a minute to figure out heat and timer settings and that you leave it open to warm up(directions didn't mention that part so I couldn't figure out why it kept beeping at me :) The slide out feature feels a lot safer and the color is so fun. I did a few shirts and sweatshirts the first day and can't wait to try a wider variety of items.

Silhouette Portrait 3 Vinyl Cutting Machine Base Bundle - 9" Width
Quick shipping. The only problem I had is with the Silhouette America website. Not easy to use and lots of duplicates to sign in. Also, very difficult to find how to insert the update key.

Silhouette Studio to Business Edition Upgrade - Instant Code
I decided, on a whim, to purchase the Business Edition for Silhouette Studio. I am a novice at best but have found the tools in the business edition to be a game changer. I was trying so hard to create things that are easily created with the business edition. It is a one time fee and you will receive all updates. Just do it!!! You can thank me later!
