Silhouette Cameo 4 PRO - 24" w/ Advanced Blade Pack, 38 Sheets Vinyl, HTV, Pens
I am not happy with my cameo 4 pro, I am not able to connect via bluetooth it is very unstable. When I contacted your support team they told me to make sure I was following the setup they sent. I have 2 others so I know what I i believe its a hardware issue!

Hi Irma, the bluetooth on the Pro machines has a shorter range than the previous models. Moving the computer and Pro closer together should fix the issue. Silhouette is aware of the range issue, hopefully it is updated at some point.
