Silhouette White Cameo 4 PLUS - 15" w/ Autoblade, Mat, Roll Feeder
I was so very excited when my new machine arrived! I’m new to the Silhouette community but not to cutting machines. So, after reading and watching how to videos, I was ready to start cutting! I followed all the steps to setting up my machine, pulled up a simple design, only to have my test cut cutting outside the grid area. I reached out to tech support and they responded right away. I followed their steps, and it’s still not cutting correctly. I figured it’s only the test cut so I experimented with another simple cut. I think because it’s not lining up correctly, all my cuts will be off. I tried contacting tech support, again, and I have yet to hear from anyone. So say I’m disappointed is putting it mildly. Maybe once I get my machine to work correctly, I’ll have a better review; but until then it sits on my cutting desk.

Hi Christine, l has asked our team to reach out and help. Sometimes the packing tape Silhouette uses can knock the carriage out of place. Try unplugging the machine and manually move the carriage from right to left 3 times this will reset the settings.

Sawgrass Virtuoso SG500 Sublimation Printer w/ 8-in-1 Heat Press
Absolutely in love with my new equipment. I have been waiting to dive into the customization pool and I felt that now was the perfect time. My husband has joked that he can no longer leave things lying around the house because when he gets back they will all be customized. He has even hidden his toothbrush. On a side note, the house has never been cleaner. Sales and delivery were quick and easy and the support for the set-up is fantastic.

Silhouette Cameo 4 Online Beginner Class by Silhouette School
Melissa is so upbeat. I still have a long way to go to learn all about the machine & especially the software. I bought the Cameo 4 to replace a KNK Zing & Cricut machine (cartridge type) with Make The Cut software. So far I’ve been designing in MTC & sending to Silhouette Studio as it is so much easier for me now. I am watching every video I can until I learn the software better.
