I love it! Still learning what all the features are but it’s so much easier to upload images and use them!

Studio Designer upgrade was cheaper from swing design and I'm so grateful to have saved money!!

Loved the video for beginners with Cameos!! I appreciate the thorough introduction and walk throughs. I am a visual learner and this helped immensely.

Love, love this machine. We couldn't believe it even came with a screwdriver. The white color is beautiful in my craft room/office.

I purchased a sg 500 in Dec first of all took almost a month to receive could not speak to anyone about the purchase I had to get the actually had to involve the sawgrass company in order to find the product and get it to me. Second once I received it I had trouble getting it printing properly had to scedual an appoint which was frustrating because I had already waited a month in order to lay my eyes on the machine. 3rd I have no ink it was a bundle with enough ink for about 10-15 prints if that. When they were troubleshooting and setting it up they were using my ink. I am very disappointed and unsatisfied with this machine. Paid one payment and need more ink which cost as much as the machine. Not worth it at this point. Would love to return it!!!!

I absolutely love my new Cameo 4 and found the beginners class to be very informative.

Love the way it swings, but it sometimes comes off the feet when it swings. Having a book to explain how to use it would help. Other than that, I like it.

Worth the money.

Silhouette Studio Designer Edition works great. Exactly as advertised. It was a download so I received it instantly. Thanks Swing Design!

I wanted to expand my creative ideas

Was super excited about my Cameo 4 Pro. It is LARGE!! I really love that it has a larger cutting surface, I don't have to put designs together anymore that were too large for my Cameo 3. I couldn't wait to do more cutting, but it does have a learning curve. 1. It definitely needs a tabletop to support the mat going in and out on both sides or you have to stand there and hold it on both ends if you have a small area to work with because then it just hangs off or runs into a wall if you don't have the space. (This is if you are using the mat for paper cutting if using vinyl without the mat it just rolls and hangs off the end.)2. The mat is not that easy to put in straight either since it is so large. The automatic feed will sometimes pull it in on one side but not the other. It is gonna take some work to figure it out. It would help if the mat were slightly thicker so it wouldn't bend in the middle. 3. The auto blade 2 had trouble cutting regular weight cardstock, I even changed the settings to heavy textured cardstock and would not go through in most places. I thought with more surface area, I could get more cutting done at once instead of replacing each sheet like on my cameo 3, but I like the autoblade on the cameo 3 better. So now I know I will need to replace my blade with the rotary blade or kraft blade 3mm for cutting cardstock on the Pro. 4. I ordered the bundle that included 24' wide vinyl rolls, but didn't read the small print that said they would exchange colors if they didn't have colors available, so basically I got 3 usable colors a white, black and a light blue and transfer tape, so I wasn't happy about that. Other than that I am happy with my pro and just keep practicing with it to work it out.
