Silhouette Studio to Business Edition Upgrade - Instant Code
Fantastic! Would never want to go back to anything else! The basic program really doesn’t do what I need and while I’m not starting a business I like how open ended the software is. Higly recommend!

Graphtec CE7000-60 PLUS - 24" Professional Bundle, BONUS Software & Warranty
The package deal was amazing for the latest version of this plotter. Shipping time was decent considering I ordered it at the end of the year. I called customer service before I ordered, and their representative was very helpful and took the time to answer my questions. Everything arrived without incident and well packaged. Will order from Swing Design again. Thank you.

Silhouette Cameo 4 PRO - 24" w/ Oracal 631 24" Wide Vinyl Rolls, Tools, Guides
Products are great! Would have liked better communication. Also, not sure if it arrived to them broken or happened when the bundle was placed in the box for shipping, but the flap on the rear of the retractable lid is broke nd will not allow the lid to stay on. Emailed Silhouette.

Hi Jennifer, thank you for the review. In regards to the preorder updates we tried to keep customers up to date as new information was received from Silhouette. With a large amount of launch delays from Silhouette, it did pose a challenge for us. I am sorry for this. In regards to the flap, this is a design flaw in the Pro. Silhouette is working to resolve it and they will send you a new lid.
