Silhouette Studio to Business Edition Upgrade - Instant Code
I haven’t used much yet but I am having trouble with the trace feature not working correctly. All the features seem to not be working correctly. Any feed back would be appreciated. I only installed the upgrade once it’s showing I have used 3 times.

Silhouette White Cameo 4 PRO - 24" w/ Autoblade, Mat, Roll Feeder
I brought it because of my home based business and the need for a 24" cut...BUT.... I had to modify the machine myself, and for something that cost $500 that's not something I should have to do...
when using the cutting mat I had to put something in that little hole to the left by the roller bar, it was not pressing down hard enough to hold the mat and pull it through...the kiss cut also needs help...
Other than that, it's a good machine.

The discount was perfect timing...it made my upgrade to Business Edition affordable. Also, I am glad that I did, now I am able to save my files as png and jpg to use to other things.

I had no problem with the ordering and receiving this product. I will rate the service with a 5 star. However, I have had problems with the cutting settings since I received it.
Thank you for this oppurtunity.

Hi Shonda, I have our support team reaching out to help resolve the cut setting issues. When cutting vinyl or htv make sure the blade is set to #2 depth. The software defaults it to #1 but it should level 2. Best, Will - owner

Silhouette Cameo 4 Online Beginner Class by Silhouette School
I watched this class before I even opened my Silhouette Cameo 4. It was quite helpful but lacking in some of the information such as: there wasn't enough information about upgrades in the software, or that the basic version of SS is very basic compared to the upgrades, or how to use what material for what kind of project. These are things that would have been extremely helpful for a beginner. I have done a lot of research because as a beginner I had no idea how to use how to use HTV or just regular vinyl. Thank you for teaching me alot as I have never used this kind of machine before,
