I am unable to download new designs. I have little success with support

Hi Cynthia, I have one our team members reaching out to help resolve the issue. The upgrade should not affect the download of any designs, it is most likely the version of software you are running. Best, Will - owner

I haven't been able to get any use out of this software since their "Syncing" to their server to open a library account has so far been unsuccessful

Silhouette Studio to Business Edition Upgrade - Instant Code
TRUSTED SITE!!! As a new brand retailer, we started creating designs in Silhouette Studio and Cricut. We found that Silhouette offers more design tools and, overall, we just like the Silhouette software better. However, we have a Cricut for printing while our Silhouette Pro is in production,
so we needed access to save files in SVG format. Swing Design has been a lifesaver and a great resource thus far with learning thia business and offering the tools needed to execute our ideas. This recent purchase was to upgrade our software to Silhouette's Business Edition, and we were able to receive an instant code. Immediately, we were able to begin saving and printing files. And, if that wasn't good enough, Swing Design included a gift card/code for $100 to So Fontsy!!! We absolutely lobe our purchases from Swing Design and will continue to shop with them.
