Silhouette White Cameo 4 w/ 26 Oracal Glossy Sheets, Guides, 24 Sketch Pens, and More
I am rating my purchase as a 5 star. Swing design did fantastic with ordering, communication and wonderful shipping!! . However I am displeased with the Silhouette Cameo 4. Less then 4 days after set up the Cameo is Dead!! . Will not power on and we have gone through all the troubleshooting pages and ran a voltage meter on the power supply which is fine. Plugged the cameo 4 into different outlets even tried the power supply from our CE lite 50. Nothing! Now I have a brand new machine I cant use , wasted money and time. The lack of customer service from Silhouette and the machine problems is not Swings fault. I almost went with a CriCut maker and now wonder if I should have even though the Cricut will not work with other software programs and it does not have some of the bonus's as a Cameo at least they have a customer service you can reach.
