I am really enjoying using this software to create my own svg's and projects.

First let me say that Swing Design has been really nice. My unit has been intermittently working since I opened it on Friday, and I am on my 5th day trying to get help. This is my 4th cameo for my business, and this one won't correctly cut print & cut files that my others cut fine. It often doesn't see the reg marks, and when it does, it sometimes cuts the files skewed to the right. I waited over an hour on Silhouette's support chat that no one ever answered, and so I contacted via their fb page. Since then, they asked for pictures of it incorrectly cutting their own test file (which I sent) and videos (which I sent 3 of my designs) and now they want more videos. (Since it is an intermittent problem, it is frustrating trying to get videos.) They said I might have set up the wrong mat (I didn't) or that the file is set up incorrectly (cuts fine on my other cameos) and now they're saying that files might not cut if the registration marks are adjusted at all in the software. They asked me to send them a file and they would correct it so that it would cut correctly. They just resized my design making it smaller which makes it unusable, and then suggested I cut the file out in 2 pieces, and I guess piece back together. I've wasted so many hours on this. If you ever adjust the registration marks to allow for a larger design (over 200 for my business), the cameo 4 might not work for you even though I am not convinced the reg mark placement is the problem. Updated: the grid lines are covered so we’ve confirmed that’s not the problem. Thank you though!

Only issue is that the silhouette software keeps crashing
