Works great for large projects, wish it came in a larger roll

This is hands down the best printable adhesive I’ve worked with it works amazing colors come out very vibrant and that adhesive is one of the best

Great Product! Love it!

I manage the decor for a large fundraiser. We needed 800 acrylic discs covered in iridescent film to form a canopy overhead. Product was perfect, quick, and easy to work with! a

I have not used them yet but your customer service and previous products I have purchased have been grate!

I installed this following my video from tech and the wiper blade doesn’t work properly. It stays up all the time never going down and I continue to get error code with this replacement.

Swing Design is a great business. They respond quickly and they list items for fair prices. The bundles are awesome!

However, Silhouette needs work. The ES mat is okay when it works. There are times it turns itself off, as many other users have reported. Mine actually shocked me after I turned it off because it was giving little sparks at the top of the bed. Yes, the cameo was off too. I don't know what that was but it hasn't happened again. I am 12 cuts in with this machine and the "protective film" for the ES mat got caught by the carriage and rollers and completely destroyed itself then my blade tried to cut the bare mat and scratched it before I could pause or turn it off, RIP.

Some things I learned: (1) Make sure you double-triple check that the ES mat is pushed into the silhouette very well. Even the vibrations from cutting can cause it to come loose. I personally put something sturdy behind the open side to keep it from wiggling.. and it's on an extremely sturdy desk. (2) The protective film isn't very protective. Even the autoblade will cut through it while using settings recommended by silhouette for the materials you're cutting. The "protective film" can get stuck in your rollers and destroy itself before you even reach 15 cuts. They are $10/x2 to replace, keep this in mind if you do a rigorous amount of cutting. (3) On the ES mat, the carriage will think it's on a standard mat even if you have it set to ES mat in Sil. Studio. Make sure to calibrate it really well before doing any print and cuts that matter. (4) I hear the ES mat add on for the cameo 5 is mostly a lemon, lol. Didn't figure that out til later. Hope you have better luck with yours than I did!

* Do I regret it?: Kinda.
* What would I have bought knowing what I know now?: Probably the curio 2. Something about the electrostatic mat not needing rollers makes a lot more sense than this mess Silhouette needs to fix.

I LOVE my Cameo 5!!! And as always ordering/working with Swing Design’s customer service is exceptional! Thank YOU for always going above and beyond in helping your customers.

I received my machine quickly, everything was packaged well, no damage. I had a small issue called customer service and issue was resolved immediately. Would definitely recommend to my friends

Im am new to embroidery, so when I first started with b70 i thought “oh wow this is going to be a bit of a challenge” but I’m really surprised how quickly Ive been able to make designs. So far really happy with my Bernette B70

Silhouette studio will not work. It keeps opening then automatically losing and I can do anything in it. I have emailed several times with no response. Do not recommend.

Works good with good coverage on the film. Overall image once printed and pressed looks really good.

Arrived in perfect condition and quickly. Swing Design has been great, very happy with my Roland BY

I haven’t had a chance to use my sewing machine yet but when I do I’m sure it’ll be worth the wait.
